Services are 1:00 p.m. Sunday in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Private burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established.
Gary Ray Rodgers was born January 24, 1947, in Eldorado, Illinois, one of three triplets and 12 children of James and Geneva (Neil) Rodgers. He graduated from UTHS. He worked at John Deere Harvester Works for 15 years, before becoming a CNA.
Gary lived a life of giving to others. He was a minister, elder and counselor for the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in East Moline. He enjoyed being around, and helping, others, and had a tremendous sense of humor. He also loved animals, especially his triplet brother’s dog, Jake.
