Jackie Lee Walker, 73, of Big Springs, WV died November 28, 2018 at his home.
He was born in Calhoun County, WV on December 4, 1944, a son of the late Olga and Russell Ferrell and the late Carl Walker.
He was a dozer operator and attended Full Gospel Light Church of Munday, WV.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Janet Walker; three sons, Jackie and Brenda Walker of Big Bend, WV; Joseph and Martha Walker of Mineral Wells, WV; and Jason and Lisa Walker of Big Springs, WV; one brother, Ronnie Walker of Munday, WV; three sisters, Janis Kelly of Sistersville, WV; Norma Queen of St. Marys, WV; and Naomi Toler of Big Bend, WV; twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many friends and relatives.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Ervin Walker and Harold Walker; one sister, Betty Holbert; and one grandson.
A funeral service will be held for Jack on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Five Forks Community Church with Rev. Alfred Hickman officiating. Visitation will be held from noon-2:00 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery.
