Wakefield, Steven “Steve” Earl 61, of Henrico passed away December 10, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jeanette; his daughters, Stacey Mello (Roger), Heather Maday (Brandon), and Kimberly; Steve had nicknames for his daughters: Stacey (Favorite), Heather (Perfect), and Kimberly (Princess). He also had a special saying that he said every night. Night, Night sleep tight. Don’t let the Bed Bugs bite. All punch buggies. No punches back. You win. Four grandchildren, Amber, Anthony, and Ayden Mello. Mason Maday; two sisters, Joan Baber and Kay Newby. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 13, 2018, 5 to 8 pm at Bliley’s 8510 Staples Mill Rd., where a Celebration of Life will be held Friday, December 14, at 10 am. Interment in Signal Hill Mem. Park.
