Joshua Adam Roberts, age 36, of West Peoria, passed away Friday, Nov. 30, 2018 at 5:22 p.m. at his residence.
He was born Sep. 4, 1982 in Peoria to James and Dawn (Brown) Roberts.
Survivors include his parents, Dawn and Mo Slater, his fiancée, Carrie Clifton, two daughters, Imagen Roberts, Krysta Roberts; two sisters, Shylah Slater and Rachel Lamparter and one brother, Carl Slater, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one sister, Misty Slater.
Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Schmidt-Haller Burial and Cremation Services in Peoria. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
