It is with sadness that the family of Thomas Tesno announces his passing on Sunday at the age of 92 years.

Born in Lavelle, Tom was a son of the late William and Leona Gross Tesno.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Glenn and Ronald; his sister, Shirley.

Tom served in the Navy from 1944 to 1946. He worked for Standard Pressed Steel from 1950 to 1989.

Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 68 years, Shirley; his five children, Marsha (Nick), Sally, Diane, Tim and Greg (Stacy). Tom will also be affectionately remembered by his sister-in-law, Barbara Neahmia; his nieces, Kathy (Greg), Debbie (Scott) and Patti; his nephew, Bill (Lisa); his eight grandchildren, Ricky, Kristin, Hilary, Weston, Tiffany, Nicole, Ashley and Alex; his eight great-grandchildren, Ava, Traeh, Everett, Sullivan, Melody, Elise, Porter and Ketch, adoringly called him 'Pop.'

A visitation to honor Tom will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Christ Congregational Church, 134 Broad St., Ashland, PA 17921. His interment will immediately follow in the church cemetery.
