David R. O'Neal, 63, lifelong resident of Siloam Springs, Ark., passed away Thurs., Sept. 6, 2018 at his home. He was born Oct. 2, 1954 in Siloam Springs, Ark. to Chester* and Evelyn** Powers O'Neal. He was a truck driver for many years, most recently with the Nolan Robertson Company. He enjoyed rebuilding old cars and was a handy man.
David is survived by his wife Brenda of the home, a daughter, Melissa Smith and her son Garrett of Tulsa, Okla., step-children Christy Arnold of Penn. and Christopher Johnson of Bentonville, Ark., and David's siblings, Douglas R. O'Neal of Siloam Springs, Ark. and Katherine Burton of Gravette, Ark.
Visitation will be at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home, 1401 E. Main St., Siloam Springs, Ark., on Sat., Sept. 8, 2018 from 9-noon.
