Howard retired as a self-employed logger. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and bowling and was proud of being in the bowling hall of fame for his scores of 300.
Howard is survived by his loving wife, Kathlyn Marshall who he married on December 19, 1964; his son, Shawn Marshall; son-in-law, Jeff (Jen) Magalski; brothers, Ronald Marshall and Kevin Marshall; brother-in-law, Steve (Sheri) LeCureux; granddaughter, Lila Magalski and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Shanti Marshall Magalski. The family is finding peace knowing that Howard and Shanti are reunited and enjoying eternity together.
