Carolyn Rae Lhotka, 80, passed away December 5, 2018. She was born May 2, 1938 in Richwood, West Virginia and resided in Middleburg, Florida. Growing up Carolyn’s father worked in the coal mines which made her a true “Coal miner’s daughter”. After marrying a Navy soldier (Charles), she made her career as a full time mother of four. Mrs. Lhotka is survived by her three sons: Michael J., Vincent F. (Lescia) and Steven E. (Angela), one daughter, Debra J. (Rick) Johnson. 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her loving husband; Charles Lhotka. A private graveside service will be held 10 AM Monday December 10, 2018 at Holly Hill Memorial Park, 3601 Old Jennings Road Middleburg, Florida 32068.
