He was a retired employee of Roadway Express, a member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Ann Edwards, and his daughter, Nancy J. Prosser.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a. m. Tuesday at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 760 Eastern Parkway with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 - 6 p. m. Monday at Embry-Bosse Funeral Home, 2723 Preston Highway.
Memorial gifts may be made to Our Mother of Sorrows Church or the Kentucky Humane Society.
