Ann passed away at her home in Fresno surrounded by her loving family.

Ann is survived by her husband Wayne of 47 years; daughter Marie Contino (Antonio) and the light of her life, her grandson Giulio, of Italy; sister Linda Pickrell of Sparks, NV.; as well as many nieces and nephews whom she greatly influenced and friends both in the U.S. and Italy.

Ann selflessly cared for everyone around her, both in her personal life and as an R.N. for over 30 years.

This world was a better place with her on it, and heaven will be a better place with her in it. Our time with her would have never been enough, but we take comfort in knowing that, from the words of one of her favorite hymns, she has been called to her home far away...Where His glory forever she'll share.

True to her humble nature, she requested no formal services be held. Ann's earthly remains will rest at St. Peter's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either Nancy Hinds Hospice or the American Brain Tumor Association (abta.org).

Note: Mother's maiden name was Jenness.
