She was preceded in death by her husband, Burnard Johnny Proffitt; parents, Zack and Cecil Johnson; brothers, Bob, Bert "Blackie" and Earl Johnson; sisters, Kathleen Helton, Alva DeLozier and Juanita Garner. She is survived by daughter, Terry Proffitt and her husband Garry Lewis; son, Chris Proffitt; grandson, Jeremy Proffitt; brother, Homer Johnson; sisters, Ruby Watts, Geneva Helton and husband Blennie; and many nieces and nephews.
