Louise (Brodniak) Burns, died on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at St. Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ. She was 83.

Born in Fords, she resided there until her first marriage to Robert E. Foley. She moved to Jersey City and stayed there until Robert's untimely death. Louise met Timothy Burns and they were married in August of 1962. They resided in Rutherford, NJ where they adopted their daughter, Barbara. They moved to East Brunswick in 1995.

Louise was a communicant of Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, Spotswood, NJ.

Surviving are her husband of 54 years, retired Jersey City Police Sergeant Timothy Burns; her only daughter, Barbara Pacheco and her husband Tom, of East Brunswick; her sister, Grace Floy, also of East Brunswick, and one beloved grandchild, Alexandra.

Memorial visitation will be held at The Brunswick Memorial Home, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, NJ. A memorial Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 18 South Street, Spotswood, NJ.
