Dorothy Kaine Murray, age 99, resident of Baldwinsville, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, December 15th. Dorothy was born November 18, 1922. Dorothy was married to George Murray who predeceased her in January 2012. Dorothy and her husband both graduated from Pulaski Academy School where they met. She was a homemaker and a faithful wife for 69 years. Dorothy attended the Community Wesleyan Church of Baldwinsville where she volunteered. Her family and any close friends will sorely miss her as she was an interesting person to talk with. George and Dorothy are together now, in peace. Surviving are her son, John Edward Murray of Baldwinsville, granddaughters, Joy Lindsay of Newcomberland, MD and Jeanette (Terry) Barzanti of Bowie, MD, and great-granddaughters, Lindsay (Ali) Nazzel of Bowie, MD and Angela Barzanti of Odenton, MD, sister in-law Bertha Kaine and loving first cousins, Fran (Richard) Filmer of Chittenango and Douglas (Cookie) Kaine of Williamstown. She also leaves behind her best friends, Bob and Waneta Edgett, her neighbors and her many other friends that cared for her. Funeral services will be held jointly for Dorothy and her husband, George, at 2 p.m., Sunday, December 19th, at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with a spring burial in Pulaski Cemetery.
