Ezra "Pete" Allen age 60 of Salt Lick Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday morning December 7, 2018 at his home. Born on December 24, 1957 he was a son of the late HJ and Marcella Wireman Allen. On December 15, 1979 he was united in marriage to Freda. ,whom survives his passing. Other survivors include his two brothers;both ofSalyersville, Ky., and. three sisters: all of Salyersville, Ky. Additionally Pete leaves to mourn his passing a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Aside from his parents Pete is preceded in death by one sister, Debra Allen, and one nephew, Brandon Shepherd.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday December 10th from the chapel of the Magoffin County Funeral Home with Gary Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow in the Allen and Wireman Cemetery on Salt Lick Road. The family will receive friends at the funeral home after 4:00 P.M. Sunday and anytime Monday prior to the service.
