Jennings: It’s with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Bonnie Rae Faulk announces her passing from this life on December 5, 2018 at the age of 75. Bonnie was born in Groves, TX to Mancel L. Trahan and Rachel Luquette Trahan on November 13, 1943. Bonnie dedicated her life to the care of her family. She worked as a Supervisor for the Sewing Factory for over thirty years, as well as an Associate for Walmart. Bonnie was a member of JALH Ladies Auxiliary, Treasurer of WMU, an active member of BYAH’s and a member of the Choir at First Baptist Church. In her spare time she loved to sew, make quilts and travel. Bonnie greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a kind and loving person and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Bonnie is survived by her three daughters, Denise Faulk Hebert (Gerard) of Jennings, LA, Theresa Faulk Peterson (Rodney) of Haughton, LA, Stephanie Faulk Richard (Chris) of Knightdale, NC; her four grandchildren, Chris (Amy), Amanda, Colton (Randi), Olivia; her five great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Falyn, Kaven, Noah, Presley; her sister, Jeanine Wood of Jennings, LA.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Mancel and Rachel Trahan; her beloved husband, Stephen Glenn Faulk.

Funeral Services for Bonnie Rae Faulk, 75 of Jennings, LA will be held at First Baptist Church in Jennings on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Jeff Cooke officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery with Gerard Hebert, Rodney Peterson, Chris Richard, Chris Jones, Colton Jones, and Robin Byler-Hebert serving as her pallbearers.
