Vincent York, 94, of Boaz, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018.
Born April 28, 1924, he was a son of the late Frank Huddleston York and Winnie Mae Carey York.
He served in the United States Navy and was a veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by not only his parents, but also his wife, Mary Helen Treadwell York; brother, Kenneth Huddleston York, Sr.
Surviving are his two sons; two daughters; a sister; a brother; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Graveside services will be held at Alabama Heritage Cemetery at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 6, 2018, with David Martin officiating.
