MINERAL RIDGE — Barbara A. Rambo, 75, of Mineral Ridge, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, at home.

She was born Aug. 31, 1943, in Youngstown, the daughter of Matthew and Helen Todi Urbania, and had lived in the area most of her life.

A graduate of Howland High School, Barbara retired from Trumbull County Job and Family Services after 30 years of employment. A member for the Mineral Ridge Church of Christ, she enjoyed crochet, quilting, flowers, gardening and cooking.

Fond memories of Barbara live on with her two daughters, Christine (Eric) Babcock of Mineral Ridge and Elaine Manusakis of Youngstown; two stepdaughters, Terri Ciminero of Youngstown and Paula Rambo of Indiana; a daughter-in-law, Nona Rambo of Mineral Ridge; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Mark of Vienna and Joseph (Darlene) Urbania of Akron.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her loving husband, Francis P. “Bill” Rambo, whom she married Aug. 11, 1979 and who passed April 11, 2018; and a stepson, William Rambo.

Services are 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, 2018, at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ron Blakeman officiating. Friends may call 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Her urn will be laid to rest in All Souls Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St., Youngstown, Ohio 44512.
