He was a devoted loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was employed at Thomas and Bett for 20 years. He then opened his own business as a roofer. He worked at Claxton Poultry for 15 years. He was a hard working and committed employee. Mr. Ronnie fellowshipped at New Beginning Deliverance Church in Collins, Georgia. He loved cooking, shopping, buying cars, watching football (favorite team: Dallas Cowboys), and spending time with his family. He was a kindhearted many who would do anything for anyone. He spent most of his days riding around, enjoying life's beauty.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Jackson; father and mother, Arnell and Unida Jackson; sisters: Willy Mae Walden, Betty Brown, Yvonne Jackson; brothers: Lonnie Ray Jackson and Arnell Jackson, Jr.
Mr. Jackson leaves to cherish his loving memories: two daughters: Stephanie (Charles) McNeal of Statesboro, Georgia and Tammy (John) Hamilton of Savannah, Georgia; ten grandchildren: Jasmine McNeal, Wanquilla Jackson, Charveil MccNeal, Charles McNeal, Jaleah McNeal, Shontavia Jackson, Moesha Jackson, Shakia Holland, Ta'Aisa Robinson and Nyreik Smith; eleven great-grandchildren; one brother, George (Lois) Jackson of Fort Hood, Texas; two sisters: Beulah Jackson of Waynesville, Missouri and Sharon (Howard) Conyers of Claxton, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
