She was a registered nurse and worked at Abington Hospital for several years before having a family. Janice volunteered at the Tree Top Gift Shop at Lehigh Valley Hospital for 35 years. Additionally, she worked in the family business, Kleckner & Sons, with locations in Whitehall and Emmaus. Janice was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, Allentown.
Survivors: In addition to her husband, Dale; sons, Todd A. George (Christine) of Schnecksville, Jeffrey S. George, Esq. (Jennifer) of Colorado Springs, CO, Daniel J. George of Breinigsville; nine grandchildren.
Service: Funeral services will be held 11:00 am. Friday, December 7, 2018 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville with the Rev. Eric S. Yeakel officiating. Family and friends may pay their respects from 9:30 – 11:00 am. Friday in the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.
