Charlotte (Brock) Edwards 78, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018. Charlotte was born in Kokomo, Indiana to Lyle Brock and Dorothy McCartney.
She met the love of her life James (Jim) Edwards in 1959, while he was serving in the U.S. Air Force and stationed at Grissom Air Force Base in Galveston, Indiana. They married after a brief courtship on December 16th, 1959 and would have celebrated 59 years together this year.
Charlotte worked on the assembly line at General Motors in Kokomo Indiana and retired after 32 years. After retirement, she and James moved to Pensacola, Florida to enjoy the beautiful sunshine, fishing, boating, and to spend more time with their grandchildren.
Charlotte was tremendously gifted at floral arrangements. She loved making her beautiful creations, and she shared her talent by making all of the flower arrangements for all four of her daughter's weddings.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy McGraw, stepfather Orliff McGraw, father Lyle Brock, and stepmother Evelyn Brock.
