David Vance was the 5th child and the 4th son born to Wanza Nell Pou Vance.
He was proceeded in death by his mom, his grandparents, Herman and Bobbie Pou, his uncles; Rex Garrett, and James H. Pou aka "Jimmy", his nephew Larry E Vance Jr aka "Bubba", his sister in law Mary Vance, and his brother Kenny.
He had just lost his long time wife Terry who died on August 4, 2018 .
David left behind to mourn his loss, his children; daughter Shannon Vance, Melanie Vance and his only son Michael. His brothers; Larry and wife Carrie, Terry, Jerry and wife Pam, and his only sister Janice Vance Sipe, including his Aunt Carol Garrett.
Also left to mourn were his nephews; brothers; Stephen Vance and Bryan Vance, Aaron Sipe and sister Rachel Sipe Ganz, and his niece Lisa Vance Robinson who he said was his favorite niece and he loved her very much and also left behind a host of relatives and friends.
David will be miss greatly by his family and friends.
