Mr. Mullins was born to parents, Douglas Mullins and Pauline (York) Mullins. During his lifetime, he proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps in Platoon #1078.
Richard is survived by many loved ones. He was a very special husband and Daddy, and a very well loved Paw Paw. Richard loved to meet new people and to make them smile. His grandchildren were his life. He will be missed every day.
He is preceded in death by his mother; brother, Bruce Mullins; and granddaughter, Anna-Leigh Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Mullins; father, Douglas Mullins; daughters, Sherry Smith and husband, Clinton, Kristy Vincent, and Ashley Schulte; 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
