Billy Eugene Wade of the Gumpond Community passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at his residence.
Billy was born January 8, 1962 in Ellisville, Mississippi to Hugh Carroll Wade and Elaine Bond Wade.
Billy was a truck driver with Stockstill Trucking in Purvis. He was a veteran of the Mississippi Army National Guard; a member of Northeast Volunteer Fire Department for over 20 years.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first nephew, Chris Wade.
Family members include his twin brother Bryan Wade; siblings, Liz Ladner, Jody (Laurie) Wade, Tim (Shria) Wade, Donnice (Larry) Stipe; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family.
Funeral services were held at White Funeral Home, 315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville, MS, 39470 on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Brad Ford and Rev. Willie Oldenquist officiated the service.
Burial followed with military honors and fire service honors in Bond Cemetery.
