LATHAM Patricia Ann McGee, 83, known to family and close friends as "Patsy," passed from this life into the arms of Our Lord on Friday, November 30, 2018, at Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation in Castleton-on- Hudson. Patsy, daughter of late Charles Mariano, Martha Matson, and stepfather Russel Matson, was born September 14, 1935, in Hazelton, Pa. She graduated from Hazelton High School in 1953. In June 1957, Patsy was united in holy matrimony to Robert McGee, also of Hazleton. This union was blessed with four children. The McGee's moved to Middletown, N.Y. briefly before settling in Port Jervis, N.Y. where Patsy served as a past president of the St. Mary School Parents' Association. Later, Patsy was a communicant of St. Ambrose Church in Latham, and served as president of the St. Ambrose Church Social Committee and a member of St. Ambrose Young-at-Heart. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Patsy enjoyed playing the piano, and was an avid doll collector. Patsy is survived by her loving husband, Robert, known as "Bobby," of 61 years; as well as her four sons, Keith McGee and his wife Karen of Old Bridge, N.J., Darren McGee of Clifton Park, Shawn McGee and his wife Tammy of Troy, and Patrick McGee and his wife Mary Ann of Latham. Her life will forever be cherished in the lives of her six loving grandchildren, and five step-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Anthony Matson of Spring, Texas.
