Edgar was the husband of Wilhelmina Peischl Miller, to whom he was married for 72 years. Edgar was the son of the late Herwood N. and Ada L. Fisher Miller.
Edgar was a WWII Navy Veteran. He was the retired Executive Vice President of the former People’s National Bank of Lebanon. Edgar was an active member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Lebanon. He was past president of the American Cancer Society, Lebanon Chapter, a former member of Center of Lebanon Association, Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce, Lebanon Kiwanis Club, Family and Children’s Service and Lebanon County Travel Bureau.
