Billie Jean Gregory, 87, of Kennett died November 23, 2018 at National Health Care in Kennett, Missouri. Billie was born to the late Oliver Winslow and Osa Alice (Willer) Gilliam June 26, 1931 in Piggott, Arkansas. Billie married Vernon Gregory July 2, 1949 in Piggott, Arkansas.
Billie is survived by her children: Darrel (Wanda) Gregory of Coloma, Michigan, Terry (Lois) Gregory of Clarkton, Missouri, Kenny (Regina) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, and Carol (John) Cowgill of Kennett, Missouri.
Two sisters: Juanita Bennett of Senath, Missouri and Pat Wease of Kennett, Missouri, Seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Billie is preceded in death by six brothers: Ed Gilliam, W.M. Gilliam, J.L. Gilliam, Earl Gilliam, Albert Gilliam, Alvin Gilliam
Four sisters: Rose Macabee, Barbra Snay, Sue Akes and Lorestta Vela
Services will be 12PM Thursday, November 29 in the McDaniel Chapel with Reverend Don Sheerin officiating, burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett. Visitation will begin Thursday at 10 AM at the funeral home and will go until service time. McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
