Amber Allen Stacy Fields, 26, Sandhill Road, Irvine, Ky., passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center as the results of an automobile accident. She was born Oct. 11, 1984 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Jerald D. Stacy and the late Victoria Gale Napier Stacy. She was an employee of Red Robin and a member of the Sandhill Christian Church. She was a loving wife and devoted mother. She loved her family, shopping and being a secret sister. Our hearts are broken and she will be missed greatly. Survivors include her father; her husband, David Andrew Fields; a son, Madix David Fields; a brother, Ashley Brett Stacy; her father-and mother-in-laws, John and Diane Jackson Goddard, East Bernstadt; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. today, Wednesday, June 29 at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel in Irvine, Ky., by Brother Matt Vaughn.
