Nellie was the daughter of the late Walter and Doshie Harris Truax. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, John Raymond Grey (2009); sister, Barbara; brothers, Blaine, Charles, Ted, Donald, Dallas, Walter "Chuck" Jr. Truax.
Nellie was a member of Paris Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her two daughters; son; sister; brother; six grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday December 2, 2018 1:00-3:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV. where the funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Susan Spencer-Smith will preside. Interment will follow at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Florence, PA.
