Mrs. Virginia C. Foster, age 85, of 130 Stepp Rd., Union, widow of Grady Lee Foster, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018 at her home.
Mrs. Foster was born February 24, 1933 in Union a daughter of the late Marion Crocker and Viola Mabry Crocker. She was a graduate of Union High School and retired from Milliken & Co.—Lockhart Plant.
Surviving are a daughter, Deborah F. Rash and husband Jeff of the home; a son, Grady “Butch” Foster and wife Debbie of Union; a brother, Marion “Gene” Crocker of Greer; a grandson, Michael Gibson and wife Amy of Union; and three great-grandsons, Tanner Gibson, Gabe Jordon, and Holden Gibson. She was predeceased by three sisters, Sara Henderson, Hazel Puckett, and Linda Busbee.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Holcombe’s Jonesville Chapel, 145 Hames Ave., Jonesville, SC, 29353 conducted by the Rev. Ray Glist. Burial will follow in Rosemont Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Anthony Henderson, Gordon Henderson, Ricky Busbee, Eugene Crocker, Nicholas Glist, and Allen Rholetter.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the services at Holcombe’s Jonesville Chapel.
