Susan Monica Hunt, 66, Overland Park, KS died November 27, 2018 at her home.
Susan lived in Roeland Park for a majority of her life. Even after she moved to her dream house in north Overland Park, she still came back daily to spend time with her mother. After her mother passed away, Susan still visited the street she grew up on. It was a common sight to see her drive down the street dressed in her everyday attire of denim, drinking her McDonald’s Diet Coke and having her beloved dogs beside her as she checked up on the old neighborhood. She was always willing to help out anyone with questions about the history of the city or neighborhood as she was very proud of her family’s role in it. She loved to discuss the politics of the local city government over a Coors Light. She may have moved from the area, but she was always the Queen of Roeland Drive.
