On Saturday, November 24, 2018, of Falls Church, VA. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bob Black, and her parents, John and Barbara Donnelly. Loving mother of Bob Black II (Laurie) and Kevin Black (Andrea); older sister to Mary Jennings (Paul), Pat Everly, Jay Donnelly (Sarah), Eileen Hoggarth (Rob), and Barbie LaBarge (Ray). Survived by nieces, nephews, life long friends, and countless students from her time as a Guidance Counselor at Bishop O'Connell High School. Family welcomes friends to a Celebration of Kathy's Life from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Murphy Funeral Home, Falls Church. Private interment will be at a later date where she will join her husband at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if you are willing and able, please donate to the Parkinson's Foundation.
