A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 11 o' clock in the morning on Monday, December 3, 2018 at St. Philip Catholic Church with Father Dhass celebrating. Interment will follow in Idalou Cemetery. Esteban will lie in repose from 12 o' clock in the afternoon until 8 o' clock in the evening on Saturday at the funeral home. A Rosary will be recited at 6 o' clock in the evening on Sunday at the church. Arrangements are entrusted to Moore Rose Funeral Home.
Esteban was born on January 3, 2000 to Natalio and Brenda Hernandez in Lubbock, TX. Although Esteban was only with us for a short time, he touched many lives, accomplished many things and will be extremely missed by anyone who knew him. He was a graduate of Idalou High School and enjoyed hunting, camping and just being outdoors taking in what nature had to offer. Big-E treasured every moment spent with his family and friends. He was a member of St. Philip Catholic Church.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents: Natalio and Brenda Hernandez of Idalou; two brothers: Sebastian and Alejandro Hernandez of Idalou; paternal grandparents: Louis and Frances Hernandez of Idalou and maternal grandparents: Ignacio and Oralia Gonzales of Idalou.
