Born to Francis Marion and Ellen Boyer Wilson, Mrs. Blanche L. McCarrick, of N. 4th Street, passed away in St. Anthony's Hospital on Friday, Oct. 9. She was 79 years old.
She married Cornelius McCarrick on April 19, 1899 in Columbus, Ohio. He preceded her in death in 1938.
A member of Holy Name Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Order of Railroad Conductors, Capital City Division #3, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Maggie Wilson of Alexandria; plus several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held in her church with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.
