Born in Indianapolis, IN, graduated Butler University and was an active member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Graduated from the University of New Mexico with an MBA in Business/Finance. David was a proud Eagle Scout.
David enjoyed fishing, golfing and his passion, pheasant hunting. David had amazing and loving relationships with his hunting dogs, sometimes jokingly preferring their company above anyone else, especially Risky.
When his daughters asked him what he wanted printed in his obituary, he thought for quite a while and, with tearful eyes stated, "My wife, my children, my grandchildren, and great-grandchildren are what true success is, and I am VERY SUCCESSFUL". He was the glue in our family, a true example of love, commitment, and never ending support to his family.
A Celebration of David's Life will be on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at French - Lomas. Burial service to commence at Arlington National Cemetery, Washington D.C. with full military honors at a later date.
We will miss you Papa.
