Leon Richard Hall, 75, of Roanoke passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. He worked for Heironimus for over 25 years. After his retirement he was the owner of Lock, Stock and Barrel. Leon then joined Oakey’s Funeral Service, where he worked until 2015.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Shelby Jean Hall; parents, Jonas C. Hall, Sr and Maggie F. Hall; brothers, Jonas C. Jr. and Donald Hall; sister, Lola Helen Hall Kessler.

Leon is survived by his wife of 29 years, Barbara W. Hall; three sons, Steven Leon Hall (Susan), Darrell Edon Hall (Nancy), Jeffrey Todd Hall; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn M. Lawson (Brandon), Darrell Hall, Jr., Michael S. Hall (Tiffany); four great-grandchildren, Bentley Scott Hall, Shelby Hall, David Scott, Colena Harris; two step-children, Julie H. MacPherson, Donald E. Holliday, Jr.; step-grandchildren, Cameron Chase, Carter Holliday, Mary Katherine Holliday, Mason Holliday; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Oakey’s South Chapel with the Rev. David Derrow officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Oakey’s South Chapel.
