Betty J. Grove, 88, of Winter Garden, FL, died at 10:08 a.m. on Monday, November 19, 2018, at Mike Conley Hospice House in Clermont, FL.
Betty was born on February 21, 1930, in Springfield, the daughter of Roy J. and Hazel N. Kinkade Bomke. She married James Keith Grove on June 2, 1951, in Springfield; he preceded her in death on November 16, 2018.
Betty graduated from Springfield High School and was employed as a bookkeeper for Sutton Siding. She attended Cherry Hills Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and infant daughter, Sue Ann Grove.
Betty is survived by her children, James S. (wife, Teresa) Grove of Flint, MI, Cynthia J. (husband, Rodger) Wunderlich of Ocoee, FL, and Donna S. (husband, George) Koe of Chatham; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation and Funeral Ceremony: Family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at Chatham Baptist Church, 1500 E. Walnut St., Chatham. A funeral ceremony will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jerry Weber officiating.
Private family burial will be held at Farmington Cemetery near Farmingdale, IL.
