THOMAS “Tommy” KENNETH NORTON IV, 40, of Halfway, MD, passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018. He was the beloved son of Traci Michele Parks and Rik Parks, and Thomas Kenneth Norton III and Carol W. Norton. He was the grandson (Maternal) of Linda Jennings Wolford and the late Clarence Mead Wolford, and (Paternal) the late Thomas Kenneth Norton Jr. and Lois Norton.
He is survived by his children, Ava Giuliano, Gianna Sophia and Thomas “TJ” Kenneth V.; brothers and sisters, Nathaniel J. Norton, Megan Miles, Christopher Fascelli, Nadia Fascelli, Salvatore Fascelli, Justin Parks, Jonathan Monninger, and Kyla Perez; his children’s mother, Heather Norton; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Rikki Parks Jr.
He graduated from Williamsport High School, where he excelled in sports. He earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix and worked at Phoenix Color. He was an active member and usher at Lifehouse Church.
A celebration of Tommy’s life journey will take place at Lifehouse Church, Hagerstown, MD. Interment will be at Rest Haven Cemetery. Arrangements by the Minnich Funeral Home, Hagerstown.
