Sharon D. Gibson, 82 years of age, passed away Sunday November 25, 2018 at her home. Born in Elkins, West Virginia on April 14, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Byron and Urania (Pritt) Corley.

A resident of the Mantua area since 1955, she had been employed at Milbar Tool in Chagrin Falls where she retired after 25 years of service. Sharon enjoyed crafting and she loved spending time with her dog “Tessa”.

She was preceded in death by her husband David Gibson in 2014. Survivors include her children Jeffrey (Phyllis) Doyle of Elkins, West Virginia, Bradley (Brenda) Doyle of Philippi, West Virginia and Lisa ( Rodney Braden) Vechery of Mantua, and 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

No calling hours. Cremation has been held. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Final resting place will be at Westlawn Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua where condolences and memories may be viewed at www.greenfamilyfuneralhome.com.
