Kenneth Duard Singleton, III, age 64, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018, in Frankfort. Kenny was born in Frankfort, on October 31, 1954, to the late Kenneth Duard Singleton II and Olivia Agnes McDonald Parker. He retired from the Kentucky State Government Department of Education after many years working as a printer. He is survived by his brother, Robert Scott Parker (Deborah) of Tigard, Oregon; step-sister, Sherry Dryden, of Frankfort; step-father, Robert Paul Parker, of Redmond, Oregon, and by several cousins. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Versailles Rd., Woodford County, Kentucky.
