According to the Dundass (all of Albert and Phillis's children spelled the last name "Dundas") family history, "[Albert] probably stayed in Ontario until the death of his mother, Jane, in 1901, and then joined others in the family by moving to Detroit, Michigan." Albert and Phillis' children were: Matilda Ann "Tillie" (Lorenzo W. Mills) (1880-1942), Lela S. J. (1885-1909), Margaret Laurene (Ray) Wasey (1888-1964), Mary Alice (Guy) Harden (1892-1955), Catherine Pearl "Kittie" (Byron) Kindsman (1894-1973), Albert Charlton "Charles" (1895-1960), Chester Howden "Chet" (Augusta Louise "Louie" Winspear) (1899-1978), and George Russell (Emma "Muriel" Smith) (1901-1952). According to Phillis Huntley Dundas' death certificate, attested by Russell Dundas, she was buried on March 5, 1934, in Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley, Michigan.
