Our friend Turtle passed away today and will be missed by all that knew him. Turtle was a builder and contractor, having lived and worked in Asheville.
He served his country in the Marine Corps and enjoyed traveling and outdoor hiking and other sports. Favorite place was the beach.
Turtle always had time to talk and never met a stranger. Been years since many of us have seen him, but we never forgot or will forget our friend.
He is survived by two children, a son and daughter, two grandchildren, one sister and two nephews.
