Eva May Harden Bossenberger, age 102, of Zionville passed away November 20, 2018 at Glenbridge Health Care, Boone, North Carolina.

Eva is survived by one daughter, Jeanne L. Dailey and husband, Joe, of Zionville; two granddaughters, Eva Marie Buckner and husband Richard of New Baltimore, Michigan, and Christina Thiem of Zionville, and four grandsons, Sal Perrera and wife Denise of Eden, Utah, Joseph Perrera of Fenton, Michigan, Michael Cutler and wife Debbie of Clearwater, Florida, and Timothy Cutler of Zionville. She is also survived by a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Walter Bossenberger; one daughter, Eileen Nelson; her father and mother, Guy and Mary Alice Dundas Harden, and her sister, Esther Taylor.

Eva lived in Detroit, Michigan in her youth. After Harvey's death she moved to Florida, eventually owning a home in Pinellas Park. She enjoyed summering with her only sister, also a widow at that time, on Piatt Lake, Michigan, where they enjoyed the ministry of the Piatt Lake Bible Conference.

Eva was a Christian, having prayed to ask Jesus to be her savior at age 13. She was part of the Gospel ministry of Berkley Community Church, Berkley, Michigan, where her family and several from her extended family attended.

Funeral services for Eva M. Bossenberger will be conducted Sunday afternoon, December 2, 2018, at 2:00 o'clock, at Hampton Funeral Home Chapel. The body will lie in state, at the church, from 12:30 until 2:00 o'clock. Officiating will be Reverend Toby Oliver. Burial will follow in the Adams Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon, from 12:30 until 2:00 o'clock, at the church, prior to the service.
