William Harold Webber was born November 25, 1933 in Independence, Kansas. He worked for Boeing for many years as a Computer Systems Analyst contracted to NASA and was recognized as a significant contributor to the Apollo moon landings. After retirement in 1997, he traveled the United States in his RV. He lived in 49 different states and belonged to many organizations in the travel/RV lifestyle community. In 2006, he settled down in Lindale, Texas. He was a member of Mt. Sylvan Baptist Church and served in the US Air Force.
Bill passed away at the age of 84 on November 23, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Barbara Webber; parents, Harold & Beryl Wilson Webber; two sisters, Pauline Mark and Betty Leslie; and grandson, Chris Webber.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Webber of Lindale; three sons, Marvin Webber (Paula) of Rosehill, Kansas, Scott Webber (Laura) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Terry Webber of Oak Leaf, Texas; step-daughter, Deborah Tait (Bruce) of Fredericksburg, Texas; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made to a women's shelter in your area.
