He was a 13 year resident of Sweetwater. He was born in Washington State in March of 1987 and spent his early childhood there before the family relocated to Central FL in 1996 where he graduated with Honors in 2005 before his move to Tennessee to attend college.
Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents JB and Marzella Richardson, who were of Sweetwater TN.
He is survived by his parents David and Barbara Richardson; brother Brian Richardson and beloved niece Chloe Richardson all of Ecuador S America; uncle Larry (Sarah) Richardson of Colombia, S America along with numerous other uncles, aunts, cousins; closest friends William and Josh, along with many other friends and co-workers.
From the age of three Mark had a love of all things 'computer' and he graduated from Pellissippi State Technical Community College as an IT Professional and shortly after he was employed more than 10 years in the Tech. Department of the Monroe County School System in Madisonville after having been recruited by the late Gary Sharp. Incredibly 'well-read' and blessed with a quick wit and good humor, those who knew him best were regularly treated to hilarious texts and memes reflecting his analysis of current events that were sometimes attributed as being sent from his loyal cat Emperor Poo Poo.
There will be a Celebration of Life service honoring Mark at the Biereley Hale Funeral Home on Hwy 411 in Madisonville, TN on Saturday December 1, 2018. Receiving of family and friends will begin at 12:30 p.m. with the service at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to The Gideons International in his honor.
