Mrs. Stella Thomas Succumbs At Clinic
Mrs. Stella S. Thomas, 70, wife of William T. Thomas and a prominent club woman, died Thursday at the Akron Clinic, following a brief illness.
Mrs. Thomas resided at 30 S. Adams st. She was a member of the New Century club and an active worker in the Woman's association of First Congregational church. Her husband is superintendent of machinery for the Akron fire department.
Mrs. Thomas was born and reared in Tallmadge. Besides her husband, she leaves a brother, Charles Sackett, and a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Atwood. Funeral arrangements are being made at Billow's.
