She attended schools in Greenwood and Woodstock, ME and graduated from Paris High School class of 1911.
She was a school teacher and taught in Mexico, ME and South Paris, ME.
She also served tow terms on the Maine State Legislature in 1954 and 1955.
She is survived by two sisters Doris Cole of South Paris, M; Charlotte Smith of Casco, M; four step daughters Jerri Brown of Norway, M; Gertrude Andrews of Bryant Pond, ME; Maxine Bancroft of Falmouth Foreside, ME; Edwina Palmer of Rangeley, ME.
