She was a homemaker. She enjoyed helping others, caring for her grandchildren, yard selling, and gospel singings. She volunteered at God's Food Pantry. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was survived by her sons, William "Bill" Morgan of Mt. Victory, Kentucky and Donald Ray Morgan of Nancy, Kentucky; her daughters, Dorothy Morgan of Berea, Kentucky, Lorene Post (and Dana) of Somerset, Kentucky, and Betty Eggers (and Doug) of Somerset, Kentucky, her brother, George Edwards (and Doreen) of Arkansas, her grandchildren, Lloyd Edwards, Donnie Edwards (and Kristina), Matt Woodall (and Denine), Matt Morgan (and Heather), Rachael McGinnis (and Todd), Kendra Mayfield (and David), Josh Eggers (and Erica), Mitchell Eggers (and Jessica), Brittany Dick (and Casey); and eleven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Eliza Ann Edwards; her husband, Kenneth Morgan (married June 5, 1959 in Mt. Victory, Kentucky); and her twin sister, Freida Ellen Edwards who died at birth.
Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Brother Doug Eggers officiating.
Pallbearers were Lloyd Edwards, Donnie Edwards, Matt Woodall, Matt Morgan, Josh Eggers and Mitchell Eggers.
