Devoted father of Roger (Wanda) Bailey (AZ) and Elaine (Ken) Young (IL). Cherished grandfather of Heather Cochrane (IL) and great grandfather of Devonte, Jordan, and Caroline Cochrane. He is also survived by his sister, Stephanie Purkey (IL). Mr. Bailey lived in Otay Mesa for over 58 years. During World War II, he served on the USS Franklin and is also a Korean War Veteran. Retired United States Navy First Class Photo Mate, a retiree from Rohr, and a professional photographer.
