Paul "Todd" Elam, Sr., 58, of Hopkinsville, died at 6:02 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2018 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the service hour on Tuesday at the funeral home. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

A native of Saint Louis, Missouri, he was born December 7, 1959. He was preceded in death by his parents; Paul D. Elam, Letha Hines Elam and a grandson Nathanele Wright.

He was a former salesman of Pacesetter Printing, was of the Baptist Faith and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Survivors include his wife; Cathy S. Elam of Hopkinsville; his son, Paul Todd Elam, Jr., of Hopkinsville; his step-son, Marshall Baer of Childersburg, AL; his daughter, Jennifer Elam Wright (Christopher) of Pembroke, KY; his step-daughter, Samantha Smith of Niceville, FL; his sister, Tammy Elam Kurre (Adrian) of Memphis, TN; grandchildren, Julie Wright, Nathanele Wright, Kaylee Wright; three step-grandchildren, Mason Smith, Wyatt Smith, and Tyler Baer.
