Mrs. MARGARET HELEN BRICE STIMMEL, 72, formerly of 115 Water St., and Moser Manor Apartments, Thurmont, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, at Citizens Nursing Home, Frederick, where she had been a resident. She was the wife of Dorsey Ray Stimmel, who died Dec. 1, 1981. Born March 30, 1923 in Thurmont, she was a daughter of the late William and Minne Devilbiss Brice.
She was a member of Edwin C. Creeger Jr. Post 168 American Legion ladies auxiliary, Thurmont.
Surviving are two children, Dorsey Ray Stimel and Jane Ridenour; two ghrandsons, Jerry and Brent; one great-grandson, Bradley; one brother, Chester Brice, Thurmont; and many nieces and nephews.
Services were held at the Thurmont Funeral Home of Robert E. Dailey & Son. Interment in Blue Ridge Cemetery, Thurmont.
